yeah u should be definitely getting better times. I've ran a 7.8 and a bunch of
7.9s with the stock turbo. Also i know my 2step was raised to 6100rpms when i got it tuned.

a good 60ft will knock off 3-5 tenths along with smooth FAST shifting, two step needs to be dialed in, and 23ish seems low even if your stock, depending on how many miles you got on the car i would think like 26psi seems like your mph is low but practice makes perfect good luck hope to see some more results just get that launch down pat.

Have someone else drive the car. See how the car does at that point and it will tell so much about the car. With a green with about the same mods as yours I went 7.20 in the 1/8th on street tires, stock tire pressure and straight off the highway at like 101 in the trap. The right combo may need the right driver to pull off good times. I normally launch the car off throttle, not off the studder box also. Be sure not to drive through the water box also cause it will kill your 60 and most 1/8th mile tracks are bunched together so you really have to avoid the box to not drive through it if that makes sense.

i also avoid the box....about what rpm would u suggest launching off throttle, and why is this better than the studder???

feel the cra, Its hard to say on the green I think it was around 5500. Track and tires and all that stuff makes a difference. Shift the hell out of it. The transmissions hold up well on these cars. However the car I drive has an exedy twin. Your car has an easy 7.20 without a doubt just practice driving.

with a red i would think u gotta turn the boost up to make it run like it should ? if you have not already, do the solid shifter bushing BOTH sets and clutch line and remove that reducer and you won't believe the difference! my best on my old green 7.199 @99 and i want the red this winter and use 2-step anywhere 5500-5900 good luck looking forward to seeing you chew those times down all in the 60ft !!!!!!

yea engine is built, head, on e85, but my point is the fp turbos really shine on higher boost. with out the boost u can get real close performance out of the stockers with right supporting mods. you'll see what i mean when you get your ic straightened out
