Were you still in 4th or shifting to 5th on those runs? Any reason you were only at 32psi instead of 36?

If you were spinning anyway you might as well run full power just to see the trap speeds, and i would definitely raise the limiter to stay in 4th for next time out, good trap speeds though i believe its the fastest stock frame turbo evo x.

The smaller the turbo the easier it is to drive. A stock turbo is stupid easy to drive. When you get more and more power/lag it gets increasingly difficult to drive. The launch is much tougher on a higher powered car as well.

You will start to see some FPblacks break into the 10's this next season I would guess... my goal is 11.2 or faster...sure my car should be in the 10's but as I said I know I need to learn the driver mod big time.

The good news is I have no money to make it faster so i will be stuck at this power level for a while learning

Hi pete... how are you?
you are correct since the dyno sheet is still on your wall.
at 423 on your dyno with taller tires 245-45-18 i did go 11.42 at 121.63 without shifting into fifth gear. since i was on 19s and crappy tires i was cutting 2.0 sixty vs 1.7 sixty so that would be your answer. there is always next season.

oh and im glad im still on your mind.

get some 17's and get slicks!!! otherwise get ready for 1.9-2.1 sixtys

My 275's hook up pretty well, the star specs are very grippy, but we will see with all out launching next season.

Yea I definitely understand I was just correcting Pete when he said you went fast on the smaller turbo which isn't true since faster usually refers to trap speed. 128 is dam good for not being at full power and having to shift to 5th.

Thank you. The way I look at is simple. I trapped 128 on crappy gearing that x without over revving the car... Basically getting a feel for it etc. I'm doing one of two things in the spring... 17s small break kit and 26.5-27 slicks or 18x9.5 inch rpf1s with Mickey Thompson et street 2 drag radials 265x40 which is 26.5 inch. This will improve mph and stretch every gear out a bit the same way I had before with 245x45 profile tires.

What are you revving to?

By my calculations, my 9k rev limit is good for I think 134...
