From: Overlooking my broke engine
actually he has an Impreza... but NOT the WRX. at least that's what his profile says, and also the way it sounds from how he talks. My bro has the real WRX, with the "smaller engine" that would most likely smash b_tapper's Impreza. Also, I don't know about his claims of running whatever times at Keystone raceway and beating a Mustang by 4/10's (in the rain nonetheless with a 17.4 I believe?), since I've been there and never seen him, especially on the Wednesday he claims when test-n-tune is on Thursdays. In any case, that's enough ranting. On to more important things.

I ran against a new RSX
Bad launch, spun tires, bogged down engine
He launched good, picked up a car on me
I passed him and got a 15.2xx, he ran a 15.3xx
My car should easily be in the 14's... by no means fast, but it's at least fun tinkering with cars (ragardless of Rx7 or Lancer) and trying to make them a little quicker

b drives a 2.5. As for the WRX vs 2.5 there's no comparison.

I am running stock and I rev at 2k, and shift at 5900, I could run better than my 17.1 but i have bad tires and dont want to power shift. You slow down if you let off the gas which messes with the lifters i think. Someone told what the diff was between power shifting and normal shifting.
