The news is beyond good guys! The tires are still scheduled for January, this is a 26x8.5x17" full slick.
Here's some even better news for many of you. How about a wrinkle wall drag radial in 26x8.75x17" tire? How freaking sweet is that? That is going to really change the game for the classes requiring drag radials! I have a set coming, I'm hoping to be able to test them, this late in the year in Ohio though may be tough. I can loan them to someone else fast in a warmer area though!
BTW, we will be a dealer for all this and offering the tires. First time we have ventured into tire sales.

I'd def be interested in testing either or both out as my car is finally almost done.
I actually have a set of their 24" slicks I was eager to try out maybe they'd be willing to take them back / trade for some 17" versions to help test if the weather here in ca stays dry.....
M/T isn't making these and M/H is? I wonder what the price tag is going to be for these also? Probably the same as any other slick. 200 dollars a tire?

Some of you guys crack me up. John at M&H, for reference has nothing to do with them and refused to help a few years ago. It is M&H but I am working with the actual owner Tom on the tires, based out of Ohio. Great guy and was very-very willing to help with the project.
Yes, Mike is going to be testing a new tire for them, he may already have them. This is a special tire, still in testing that Tom wanted on a fast car. Details will remain very-very quiet until positive results can be 100% confirmed.
I have a set of standard drag radials on there way to me now. The actual slick tire will be sometime in January from the looks of things still.
There are going to be TWO bad *** tires that are optimal for our cars, one a drag radial and then the slick. Depending on Mike's testing there could be a third tire.
