Glad to hear the guys at M/T told you it was going to happen. This has been two years of contacting people there to try to get them made, started at SEMA two years ago.

The guy to really thank is Ben Anderson, the starter of this thread. I'd guess without him owning a BR350 and being interested in the EVO's, nobody would have really ever listened to me.

I'm looking forward to this for sure!!!

Yea Justin and myself talked to them for a long time yesterday. Those guys are definitely on board. It was awesome to hear that from them specially the possible release date of next summer.

Make sure you guys buy stock on M/T before then....lol

Just wondering Dave, since a 26" wont fit. Would a 25.7 be the same or slightly taller than the stock 235/45/17?

Reason I ask is because I run a stock suspension in my car, except for some swift MR springs, and i dont really want to go to a coilover because the way my car comes out now is pretty awesome...lol i had a 1.55 60' on a set of BFG KDW's and its pretty consistent LOW LOW 1.6's. But having something just a tad taller for the other end would be SWEET!

Every manufacturer has a different actual six to their tire. Look up your size and tire manufacturer.

I probably have 5 or 6 people who would buy these as well. Hope they can get this done before the 2011 season begins!

Count me in, I'd love to see this done. Any idea on targeted price point when they hit the market?

Yes, as we discussed, I am all for a 26x8/8.5x17" tire! I can't wait as a matter of fact!

Looking forward to a lot of feedback in this thread so we can make a bad *** tire FINALLY be a reality for the EVO's/DSM's/Subaru's and list of others!
I am with Buschur on this size. 26x8/8.5x17. The rims I have on my car now are a 8.5( Rota Slipstreams 17x8.5 ) and would be perfect fit for them slicks. Keep us up to date please.

That was rolled and then pulled an 1" and resprayed. It cost me $600 in bodywork but its been well worth it.
