We do not have recommended rim width from them. It's an 8.5" tire, I'd say you can't go wrong with something from 8" to 9.5" if I had to take a guess.

It looks like most of the shipping in the states is running from $60-85 for all four tires, which are shipped two tires banded together.

 

I guess it all depends on if you trailer your car or bring an extra set of rims with the slicks mounted. If you drive to the track then I guess the drag radial would have to be the one you would have to go with.

It's not hard to decide. Slicks are going to hook a bit better but can't be driven on the street.

 

Yea and with that being said i think ill take the DR, ill be PMing you in exactly a month for these i know this was mentioned somewhere in a previous post but these will fit the stock evo 8 rims correct, also if you know what is the width of the stock rim???

 

Yes, they are fine on the stock EVO8-9 wheels.
