21st ANNUAL DSM/EVO SHOOTOUT
We are looking forward to this Dave! Were bringing the My Shop Assist Evo along to compete in the Max Effort class as its not a particularly fast drag car
but it is famous, placing 3rd in the optima ultimate street car challenge on speed channel in vegas last fall
plus we will get a chance to show a bunch of shops in your neck of the woods the My Shop Assist Software (and how we can greatly reduce the number of phone calls you'll get asking for progress
)

Booking rooms tonight, hope they're not all sold out! I'm glad to see the GTR's are officially added to this event - they were spectacular to watch last year!
Now to make a decision on Max Effort or Regular old Autox....

Hey dave not sure if it has been asked already but for those of us on e85 are there any stations local that sell it ? Just wanted to plan ahead I know there are a few along the turn pike that sell it.

I'm willing to bet they'll run out during the weekend for this event.

There's only 1 station, in/near Norwalk which is the IGA on milan avenue. I would plan to bring your own however or stop on the way like you mentioned. At the sport compact Shootout, both E85 pumps were broken

I got a room across from Motel 6 at the super 8, I think it is. Hopefully I can barrow my father-in-laws truk and tow my car again this year. I hate racing with an 8 hr drive home to go.
Go figure, AMS finally coming to Ohio, now that there is a GTR class lol. It will be nice to see some of their cars though.
Just got off the phone with some hotels and thought I would post an update for whoever is still looking.
Motel 6 - sold out
Econolodge - a few smoking rooms, otherwise booked
All American Inn and Suites - $340 for 16th and 17th
Super 8 (Milan) $260 for 16th and 17th.
Early bird gets the worm. I'm thinking camping is a pretty good option now = )
