Super 8 (Milan) $260 for 16th and 17th.

Early bird gets the worm. I'm thinking camping is a pretty good option now = )

Camping is a good option.. cheap & literally buts up to motel 6's parking lot.
If you are not cool with the whole tent thing... they have cabins with a/c also and its still cheaper than a hotel.

FYI: next to motel 6 is Days Inn and it basically shares the same parking lot at Motel6

Can someone please explain how qualifying works for the EE class. Is it like top 10-15 times get you on the ladder or everyone makes it but who you race in the first round is decided by the qualifying rounds?

Everyone who enters EE gets into the class, the qualifying just sets up a ladder to run the cars from.

Thanks. Slowest vs fastest ladder format right?

Looks like I'm going to have to slay me a low 9 second car to get to that second round lol.

I am thinking about running evo eliminator as well or maybe max effort but from your past experience are most cars running dot approved drag radials in ee or just a normal street tire ? i just wanna papare myself as best as possible

edit: I am going to assume alot of guys are running hoosier QTP slicks

They are awesome! I saw a Evo on here run them, they look like the real deal! 1.5's all day only bad part is they are very expensive!

To you Mr. BR if we wanna go on the dyno Friday do we have sign up or is it a kind of go there and tell you there?

for what it's worth to you, QTPs are just what you called them SLICKs. They are not radials. Both DOT approved, but if you read the rules it specifies radials.

Don't want you spending coin on QTPs to get there and not be elligible for a class you want to run for having DOT slicks in a DOT Drag Radial class.

actually. you might want to get some clarification. In ESA it states DOT radial only, no slicks. But for EE it just says any DOT tire, no slicks.

A QTP is a DOT slick. Also called, a cheater slick.

For years the QTPs have been used in the EE class. You would think that hoosier sponsored that class because of everyone running them...lol

So no QTP's this year in EE? Being teched in by your peer kind of makes that hard to control no?
