Don't know why I had faith in dealerships but I was giving them a chance and was going to do an oil change because of the coupons I receive for oil changes. Long story short.... Bait and switch.
I was told to put conventional oil in my 2013 Evo X and I also found out they put conventional oil in my car the first oil change I had.
