I went to Carlsbad again and posted my best times to date. Here are my mods: Xedeflash, cam gears, hks 264/272 cams, turbo back exhaust, greddy type s bov, race pipe, race fuel. Nothing else!

The following is completely stock: turbo, turbo housing, clutch, intake, injectors, intercooler, full interior, exhaust manifold, crappy street tires.

It was great to see IE EVO there too. He did a 12.4 with basically the same setup but he couldn't get his launches down right.

I really wish I could have driven at the track today, just did not want to take a chance with very little sleep in the last 2 days.

Those are excellent times. These are quite amazing cars as I can assure you that many car owners dream of getting theirs into the 12's let alone low 12s for very little money. Well done!

Great hangin with you Tom and your Audi friend. I know I am a wuss and my 60ft times reflect that. Being the slowest Evo there runnin a 12.45 at 112 is not the worst thing in the world. My 60s are bad but safe on the drive train IMO. It seems that whenever I do get a decent 60ft I bone 2nd or 4th gear. Great run and lets go play again very soon. Great consistent runs of 12.2 back to back and a 12.3 shows that Shiv dialed in your car very well. My car is a 60ft away from hangin with you and it shows that Shiv's tuning is pretty consistent. I will post my total times on a new post .

 

For the record, IE Evo weighs about 70lbs more than me. So his 12.4 is very respectable.

Good number, but work on yoru 330 Foots or your 1-2 shift, anything under a 5 is good. But great run.

 

You are too nice Smoggy. My 60s suck and my timeslips reflect that. I will do better next time I guarantee it. BTW the 70 pounds that I outweigh Smoggy by is all muscle. Well maybe 5 pounds of it is. Anyways Smoggy it was a fun day.Good to see you and the family and those consistent runs were pretty impressive. Low 12s all day.GOOD DRIVING!
