it's not great for the vcd but it won't instantly kill it. acd is fairly new and rally cars have been doing it for a long time.

If you want to spin out, just step on the brakes hard while you're going around a corner. Just don't forget to step on the clutch pedal while if your car rolls backwards.

I really dont think you are gonna be that much faster around many turns locking up two of your four forward propelling wheels, not on the tarmac especially.
