6 - Next step - installing the specially sized sprayer nossel in the upper fmic pipe

You drill a small hole - I chose to do it on the lower bottom side - be a prudent mechanic - always stuff a rag in the fmic pipe on the car to prevent anything from dropping in wheil you are working - BUT make sure you remove it before you put the fmic pipe back on !

Here is the outside view - use lock tight on the threads

8 - Here is in inside of the nozzel - sure its big and ugly but you wont care after you feel that alcohol get vaporized and your air intake temps drop so low your car thinks its running on some stoli from a ide box

You want to position this as close as possible to the trottle body and as close to the center opf the pipe - this makes for a great distribution of th misted evaporating alcohol

Also - get some el cheaop black plastic wire loom - (radio shack - pep boys) and wrap the steet braided teflon lined hose with the black plastic loom - wrap some black eletrical tape every few feet on the loom - this will keep the braided hose from scrathing your car or cutting into any wires of hoses

AL,

I am curious if you mount the injection nozzle that close to your throttle body, where does the IAT sensor for you AEM go?

These pics are on my personal car - I will be finsihing the install later today and then headed to the dyno tommorow

www.iveyleaguetuning.com has helped me to create some revolutionary new mapping methods for the AEM EMS unit which my race car is running and this combined with the alcohol kit should allow me to hit at least 600 whp on pump gas.

I am taking orders on those units now which will ship on Tuesday when I return from Phoenix

Remember its $499 shipped anywhere in the US - international orders will require additional shipping charges
