Question WI and Cams

Hey Al, hope I can reach you here... been unsuccessful via phone, email, and PM. Ok, so I just put in my WI kit, initiating @ an incredibly low 4 psi w/ no bog, w/ a 3.9gal/hr tip... meaning w/ my stock injectors I'm running approx. 13% water/fuel. I have read of others on here who use WI and lean out to 11.5 and add timing, as I can tell that just cranking up the boost won't be as beneficial as having it leaned out a little and turning up the boost some.

Question: with the WI do you have a mail in flash setup predetermined? or do I have to specify what I'd like my parameters to be? Tell me what you can do to make this good mod a great one bro.

Background:
{3" TB w/ test pipe, SSQ, cone intake, hallman mbc, 93 oct}--all been flashed for
{WI, 264/264 (hopefully GSC)}--want a reflash for (I'd like to run ~23psi on stock
turbo w/ NO knock)

so, specifically, what would a reflash for these mods include?
reason I ask is because I don't have a piggyback, I borrowed a friend's logger, and w/ WI @ WOT I was getting down to around 6-8 degrees advance in timing. @ what timing would you think I'm starting to see knock?

Summary: how would YOU re-flash me for WI and cams (please separate by WI/cams)
what timing advance should I see @ wot?

**I know this post must be annoying to you as it is long and such... but I would really appreciate a thourough answer, I enjoy your flash and hope to continue to support a great product.
