Pics of Forge MBC location

Maybe I should put these somewhere else, but it seems like there are 100 different threads on this subject. Anyway, this is the most convienient place I could think of to put it, I'm not worried about hiding it, and din't feel like drilling any extra holes in my car.

I have mine there, and there are about 6-7 Evos now in the area who all have it the same way after getting their Warrtalon packages!

How do you grease the Forge MBC? Do you put a dab on the ball? I saw some on the top of the unit but not much on the ball. I am asking because I changed to the heavy spring.

Is the grease the Mobil 1 synthetic bearing grease the grease that Mike@Forge recommends?

Forge,

Do you think you could PDF those installation instructions and make them available for download? I have not installed mine yet and would wait a smidge to get the exact directions from the manufacturer.

Use the alan wrench that came with it and remove the two long screws from the bottom. Once you do that, the top and bottom halves come apart easily. Just be careful when you do that, because the ball can fall out.

I have my forge mounted in the same location (good choice!) IMO. I was not able to use the heavy spring, it would spike to 26psi & hit, I'm guessing here, the fuel cut. Have installed the soft spring and set the valve 35 clicks from fully closed. Holding 23 psi using 100 octane. I used the connecting method from the BOV to the actuator. I just greased the stems on the hose connections. Hope this helps, as I'm very happy with forge valve.

35 clicks on the soft spring gives 23psi? When did you get yours? Usually, a full 90 clicks on the weak spring gives only 19psi. Do you have a brand new one, Mango?

I think the new ones comes with a stiff spring that starts at 26-27psi as opposed to 21psi.

Received mine last monday from Buschur. Have the springs changed from previous versions?
I installed the heavy spring first thinking bigger is better but hit the fuel cut even with the with the valve backed off completly at 26psi. I also mispoke yesterday, what I meant to say was 35 clicks from full open (-) arrow not from full closed
The springs must have changed from previous versions on the Forge valves
