when you say no, does that mean not in the near future, or not ever?

I have to build a data base of enough Evo IX tunes before I can start to offer through the mail versions

In the mean time I will do them all custom tuned until I have all the new aspects internalized

Then its time to start making some good base maps and testing them

Depending on how big the demand is on Ix tuning it may be several weeks or several months

Al, when are you coming to the Austin/San Antonio area? I traded in my 03 for a IX, and am thinking about a reflash (drop-in filter, mbc, tbe, fuel pump). Also, any discounts on current customers (did a mail-in last year)?

Sadly on ecutek based products there are minimum pricing rules which set the minimum price at a firm $650 - which includes the initial license which is a one time fee

I am however also in the process of working on a non ecutek based Dyno Flash product for the IX - no idea when or IF it will become reality - its one of my various "projects" at this time

As for Texas - I am currently working on getting down to Houston

I would also like to get to Austin again - I really liked that place

Thanks Al. If you need a guinea pig for a IX non-ecutek flash, I'm more than willing.

Quick question... I've heard that the immobilizer hack on the ECU caused problems for reflashes on the IX ECU... has this kink been worked out?

Jhero, you gonna drive up to Connecticut? If not, you can look to get one of my staged packages off the DcEvoClub that will include a mail-in Dynoflash, so be on the lookout for that. These will be available for IXs now that Al has released the mail-in versions.
