Glad to hear others are interested in doing more than just dragging. Nothing wrong with that but turning is cool too...

Street Modified (SM) is its own class, and I try to avoid it, because pretty much anything goes in that class, and there are stripped Civics in there that weigh 2200lbs or whatever. I have no suspension mods, so I can't compete in that class. I was going to try out ESP, but since Evos won 1st-2nd-3rd at Nationals, we got moved to BSP. I'll see how that goes next season, since my mods fit that class.

Yes, I do full drag launches when I autocross...I make up about a half second alone right there, but sometimes the layout of the starting gate keeps me from being able to rag out 1st gear the whole way. My clutch is the ACT HDSS.
