If you get tuned on a Mustang Dyno or other load-bearing dyno, then the tune is the same. Dynojets don't mimic road conditions, so the tune is never optimal. I personally have tuned myself on two different Dynojets using my S-AFC, and then when I went back on the road, I had to re-tune all over again. All I had accomplished was getting the best number on the dyno that I could, but those tuning parameters weren't optimal for real life.
