That's a dangerous line to cross there. Doing a base flash through the mail setup for 93oct and a certain mod combination is one thing, but setting up a 2nd map for higher boost is iffy. Al has tuned tons of cars on 93oct, so he has a resultant library of many maps that he can choose from. This is not quite the case for the same mod combinations running 24-25psi on race gas. The octane matters, whether it's 100unleaded vs C16 leaded, and the exact boost being run matters. It's really not something I think you'd want to have in base flash form, not that it's not possible.

Really? M<ine just don't last. From my experience and the advice of other tuners is that my tune on the dyno is pefect but as soon as I hit the street I knocks.

Well, that's completely separate from you saying that the tune changes or deteriorates. If you get dyno tuned on a Dynojet, yes, the tune will be off on the road. That's why Al tunes on the road. If you get tuned on a Mustang Dyno or other load-bearing dyno, then the tune is the same. Dynojets don't mimic road conditions, so the tune is never optimal. I personally have tuned myself on two different Dynojets using my S-AFC, and then when I went back on the road, I had to re-tune all over again. All I had accomplished was getting the best number on the dyno that I could, but those tuning parameters weren't optimal for real life.
