One in the same. He was posting a bunch on Nabisco when he did it. As you can imagine, he got as much love over there as he was getting here. They even called him out for his bazillion different screen names.

The amazing thing is that Al would even deal with the guy. He trashed nearly every tuner in the business, including Al, and he still helped him out. Major kudos to the big guy for the patience and the tune. I sure more than one tuner told him to **** off.

 

Yes Kevin was the first to go 10's on a reflash - the irony of it all - I guess in his mind that still proves I am a crap *** tuner as he should have went 9's

Luckily for me he owns several McDonalds and told me to keep the $1500 - he did not need it

Al,you know you can't make everyone happy.Maybe his car could have gone 9's,with a Different Driver in it(LOL),which has Nothing to do with the Tune you gave him

How about first to hit 11s on a Dynoflash on pump gas without cams. Unfortunately, I bet some damn IX with just an exhaust, mbc, and Dynoflash will beat me to it if it hasn't already been done.

Major kudos to you. I agree with WT about a new contest on who can run the fastest with the least, but you might need to separate the 8s and 9s. Also, major kudos to WT as well. He has done a bunch of good work to show the potential of the flash.

 

I run the aem on my car... , But I think that the next goal should be for some one to run 140mph with a flashed ecu car. It could be done, all it would take would be a built block, big turbo, and a shot of NAWZ.. I personally think 11's on pumpas would be too easy for someone to fudge, while it would be easy to prove you run 140mph.

 

I am still thinking about seeing how fast I can it to go on the MAF/ECU just to see what it will do before going to AEM. The big concern is how well a Flash will handle 1000-1200cc injectors and the big azz Piper race cams I got.

I didnt bash all the tuners guys, i just wish you all were in my shoes to see what hapened to myself and my car....

i was one of the first to buy an Xede,
it took about 2 weeks with a messed up car and no lie, about 100-120 calls to Shiv until i got an answer...would that **** you off? yes it did and i expressed my feelings on the boards after tyring with the tuner himself....

I went to PRUVEN/ Dynoflash,

paid them to install, cams, headstuds, Buschur 580 turbo kit, injectors, fuel pump, first dyno run yeilded a whopping 300whp?!??!!? i left with about 350whp, not to mention i had to pay for a hotel room for 3 so i could stay over night wich i was told before driving 220miles i woudl be leaving the same day by PRUVEN, also was not treated well at the company, and this was before anyone new my name.

I went to Turbo trix for a flash after that experience,

i gained 14whp 11 ft lbs on a flash for $400 and 80mile drive, the car did not run well at all, and also was there about 6 hours more than i was suposed to be...

I run the most profitable franchise in the USA, i know how it is when your backed up or short handed, its hard to satisfy everyone, but the way i was treated and the gains on my car for the money were no where near what they should have been and the time and gas cost close to as much....

Al was the ONLY one that made an effort and gave me a free flash, i thanked him for that but tstill the frustration of wasted money and miles and time were hard to make up....

Anyway,
i stopped the bashing, i took the car and enjoyed it, did the SHEP trans new clutch and have done better off i think on my own :-) Al is the only tuner i will give respect to that i have delt with and maybe we can do some buisness in the future.
