I just got my ecu in the car three days ago after my dynoflash for the mods in my sign. The car drives great and i love it. But just now when i was driving home i got the check engine light. What do you think is wrong? btw the car still drives just fine i dont feel anything wrong with it other than the light.

With the off road pipe in place you most likely have a rear cat cel code -

Please have the code scaned and report back

You may minimize the possibility of the rear car cel by installing a psark plug anti fouler inbetween the rear o2 sensor and the exhuast pipe - buschur sells them

Finally - do not use a sol called MIL elxetrical cel fix as it will not work on a IX

The code is most likely the rear car efficency as I have posted - and if that is the case its totaly safe to drive

However - if the code is for something else - then it may or may not be safe to drive

Hay it was worth the wait. And its working just fine.

 

In the catback tubing there should have been a small extension coming out fromt he 02 bung. Was that in there or was it in the baggie with the exhaust hardware?
