Thanks again Al! +21whp/64tq increase (Mustang dyno on 91oct)
Simply amazing Carlos. I love the eclipse and my god is it clean. Definitely take it to the track.
And maybe in a couple months or a year if you sell it, I might take it off your hands

There were really low budget parts on this project:
$125 used Evo IC
spare Evo 8 MR plastic BOV
cheap 680 injectors $260(I actually could have use a set of used Evo 8 Injectors)
Cheap new turbo $525
custom built IC pipes
cheap new forced performance cams ($440)
fuel pump $85(new)
$75 Hallman(new)
SMC kit
Buschur full 3"
Air filter came with it.
truly a portion of the overbudget I put on my Evo 8.

Now go ahead and compare these low $$$ figures with the mega-bucks you spent on your late WRX...what a joke of a car

By the way, Abner's Evo8 does not have the PDT tuning anymore, right? A little bird told me it got spanked by your GSX pretty bad...
When I bought this turbo I got it with the most basic stock feautures (the smallest flapler, no porting or polish).
As far is the Exhaust, it is a 3"Buschur Racing turbo back with a dynoflax muffler.

That shows me how inferior the Subarus WRX are compared to the Mitsubishi engines. Dollar per dollar I think the Eclipse GSX is about 3 times power/dollar better than my ex- WRX.
Remember, the WRX rolled into the Dynodynamic dyno at Dynocomp in Phoenix with $7000 in engine parts and puting a laughable 211whp before the tuning. On the other contrasting hand, I rolled into a Mustang Dyno with a budget a bit over $2000 (before the methanol)on the Eclipse GSX and it put 296whp untuned. You guys see what I mean?
On my most sincere opinion, the WRX is far inferior to an Eclipse(power wise). The amount of money put in boths cars plus the amount of time put at the track and at the dyno gives me the right to make a fair opinion. Also , don't forget that I was tuned by perhaps one of the top Subaru tuners in the country ,AZscoobie(Clark)
Also Sergio, I haven't even included the few thousands dollars it cost me to repair two transmissions in less than 2 month, one of the transmission ironically broke while I was giving you a drive. I did not even launched the car, I just rolled to about 10-15mph and floored and the tranny exploted. All this off course on the WRX.
So far this Eclipse already super surpassed the previous ridiculous dyno and track numbers than my WRX put. As you said, I took a big big hit on the WRX.
As per Abners car, yes, it was the previous Evo 8 he had which was a PDT tuned car..
