Watch your fuel filter when you switch to E85. It dissolves all the gum that builds up from gasoline, and this stuff tends to lodge in the fuel filter and clog it. One guy with 50K miles on his car had this happen. I'm at 25K and had no problem with this. You'll want to watch the Walbro too. They are not specifically built to handle ethanol. Degraded pumping performance could occur in as little as a year.
On hwy, probably 65-75 average
I just filled up yesterday, this last tank was around 90% around town and 10% hwy and I got 15mpg.
I notice a large difference with hwy driving and mixed driving. hwy driving I get almost the same mileage as I did on pump gas. Probably because I hardly ever go WOT or get into boost.
Around town I drive it like I stole it so the mileage goes down much more.
On pump I was getting around 17-18 around town and around 22-25 on hwy depending on habits.

Update 21.6 mpg with my SC6162S thanks to the 1K later spool. I drive 242.5 miles a week and with no passing and speed kept under 65 (Not fun to drive like that) 22.4 mpg. I buy the same amount of e85 every week 11 to 11.4 gallons. If I do 2 or 3 hard pulls in 3rd or 4th it cost me 1 mpg for every pull.
