E85 combustion (burn) rate

Trying to get a feel for how ignition advance with E85 compares to pump gas. At high boost, the relationship is pretty much self-evident from watching knock response of E85 and pump gas, but at low loads, I have yet to get any knock with E85 as I continue to push the ignition advance higher and higher.

I've been doing some searching on Google trying to find information about E85 burn rate. There are threads in other auto forums where people are saying that at low loads, E85 burns slower than gasoline, but a higher loads it burns as fast or faster than gasoline. There's no explanation in these threads as to where this information is coming from. Has anyone found any articles or studies that describe the burn rate of E85?
