Here are my e85 tune numbers. This is conservative I am sure I could run more timing. On stock clutch so I think I am hapy with where I am at. Just clean up the tune then done.

This is at 25psi:

And the log for that pull:

82% IDC 1050 fic and 1 walbro 255.

For reference I did an AMS 3076r kit on a stock 2.0 with BC 272 cams Full blown dual pump setup and 1200cc injectors on the stock ecu. This car on E85 was making 484whp with 88%IDC's @ 32.5psi of boost.

Every E85 car I have done with a single fuel pump, from 1000cc to 1600cc injectors on the setup, will run out of fuel ~450whp.

Your IDC's are low because you run 12.7 AFR at 8k. Not everyone is gonna do that. it's a bit unsafe to say the least if you ask me. Especially on winter blend.

^^^ agree. Those are too lean for E85.

What I have found from tuning EVO's and Suby on E85 when on the dyno is it will make more power 11.2-11.8 afr's rather than 12's:1.

im thinking of making the switch to E-85

on my current set up i made 385hp/331tq on 100oct
-atp 3076
-hks 272s
-turboxs intercooler
-AEM intake
-perrin boost tube uicp (came on the car looking to get rid of it)
-chis at AMS tune @ 26psi

im lookin for a bit more and hope e-85 will help with that
plus im payin 6.50/gal for gas right now and im daily driving
on 100 (dumb i know but whatev) so this will be a lot cheaper

do you have any dyno graphs of your atp kit? I wanted to see the boost plot but regular hp/torque would be cool. I'm just curious how it spools and what rpm peak torque and hp are based off your current tune

Thanks

Thanks

E85 power and its beauty. Here's FastFreddy's dyno and log charts. Mind you this is stock evo8 turbo with smaller hotside. Pull after pull, it does not knock even 26-27 PSI on top of 8-10 at peak boost ramping to 18-19 degrees at redline. Simple mods tbe, injectors, and cams.
