My injectors got evaluated and cleaned at Precision Turbo. The tech noted, "The injectors are going to come back with a flow sheet to show what the pre and prior cleaning is. The (black) gunk seemed to add material to the internal system so after they were cleaned and that stuff was washed out the flow numbers went down slightly."
Looks like I'll have to re-tune the injector size. I'll post the flow sheets after I get them back soon.
I got my injectors back with the flow sheet (below). The good news is that it looks pretty good again with new seals and with improved flow rates. The bad news is that the flow improved a lot on some, but not much on others. So now my variance between the slowest one and the fastest one is 1.9%. I'm not sure if that's significant. My plan is to pair up the slower injectors with the slow flowing banks in the intake manifold (it's oem and not ported). Apparently the unported manifold has slower flowing banks, which is part of why people port them.
So my question is, do you know which banks are the slower flowing ones in the intake manifold?
Found out Buschur's tests. Looks like the two closest runners to the timing belt flows the least. Perfect, I'll pair them up with my slower flowing injectors
The front of the engine is the timing belt side. Wouldn't that mean the two at the passenger side would flow less? That would make the most sense, being farthest from the TB.

Good question, I assumed #4 was the furthest runner from the driver, but you are probably right. I shot Dave Buschur a PM to clarify.
I pull my injectors out and spray them down with WD40 to clean them out. I also try and get some pump gas going through occasionally. I went overkill I think and grabbed the 5 or 6 micron filter from fore.
I use a 10cc syringe. The "straw" from a can of carb cleaner fits in the tip and the injector fits perfectly into the large end. I then force the injector open with a 9v battery and spray the crap out of it. I'll be doing it this weekend, in fact.
I got the idea from a how-to, here on EvoM. 'Works great.
