E85 tuning method MBT questions

I've done tons of reading here on Evom. I tune my car on 93 using VD (550whp/505wtq) I'm trying to gauge how to start tuning E85. I will scale, and I understand you have to tune MBT. I have a couple questions:

1) People say tune to MBT. Do I do this across all RPM ranges at WOT or just one particular rpm range?
2) MBT is torque. I understand you gradually increase timing +1 until the car makes no more power. Is it no more power in regards to HP or TQ? Do I stop when I see no more HP or TQ being made, or both?
3) Once I get to MBT, should I peel back one degree for safety?
4) Ideally, what AFR (gas WBo2) should I shoot for at spool, peak, taper/redline?
5) Do I touch anything under 100 load?

I will be using Virtual Dyno on the same street, direction, same temp, etc. back to back
My mods are in signature

Not sure if you've seen this. I found it very helpful when I started tuning E85

I read that thread many many times. It seems there weren't answers to specific questions.

MBT at each load and RPM point is ideal. You aren't looking at the peak HP or torque number on the chart here.

You look at the torque (or HP, doesn't matter as they are proportional to each other) at each RPM point. Add 1 degree across the board, does the car pick up torque at all RPM points evenly?

Yes, add another degree across the board.

No, only add timing where the car picked up power to see if it picks up more.

Once you figure out the curve the motor likes, it stays fairly consistent as boost goes up. I find I can dial in the ignition curve at low boost and then basically just offset the whole curve lower for each boost increase. Its not 100%, but it's very close.

This is what I'm talking about! Thanks man.
Also should I take my 93 map and retard the timing a little at 100+load cells or just start from the max timing values for 93?
Also do touch anything under 100 load?

E85 can take more timing than 93 (as you will notice). On my setup, I started with gas timming then advanced.
and I am targeting 11.7-12..... any richer and my setup misfires!.... my plugs are gapped at .018
