ECUPlus log everything you can think off. Plus EGT's AFR's BOOST' all your factory sensors. And together with ECUFlash you can use it to make smaller adjustments to fuel or timing and extend the life of your ROM :-D You can then replace your MAF with a GM3" And have a comeplte hybrid setup :-D

I actually think a majority of the value in the ECU+ is its comprehensive logging, and ability to attach the wideband sensor output of well-known WB units, add a GM Map sensor for boost logging, and of course, the blowthrough conversion (which I can't use since i have a different blowthrough technology) The ability to fine-tune with it is just an added benefit in my eyes, it has OBD-II diagnostic connectivity, and a bunch of other things.

hey guys...

we have used motec (nice and clear, small box, but Pricey..)

also have used UEGO, XD-1, XD-16 (in conjuction with lm-1) and the lm-1 by itself...

the new XD-1 Setup is really nice, and i believe it comes with all of the gauge faces now to swap whatever you want.

if you already have an lm-1 or lc-1 you can just purchase the xd-16 to use the nice easily readable gauge.... i am actually making a little mount for my laptop, so when we dyno tune, i can have the xd-1 gauge sit just over my screen while doing pulls ( in addition to logging on the dyno)

cheers

Is there a single digital boost gauge that would read an output signal from a GM 3 bar map sensor to show exact numbers (Digital form)? I find my mechanical autometer boost gauge and my logged numbers from the map sensor to have a 3 psi difference?

Malibu are you running a speed density setup? Similar to MAftpro?

I have zt, works great and you can data log through a laptop, gives you afrs, egt, rpm, boost and user option in which you can put knock. I got it from ttp. I love it.

I just purchased another LC-1 w/XD-16 gauge last night for the ECUFlash. Looking forward to getting everything up and running soon. Once that data logging software is complete this will be one hell of a tool.

I'm running a blowthrough meter, not speed density.. The company that manufactured the electronics is defunct and I think is now being sold by someone else. The Meter itself is based on a Ford Cobra, similar to the Granetelli bullet meters, only I had a custom saddle fabricated and the meter component installed directly into a buschur upper intercooler pipe, then calibrated to the flow of that pipe.

I think the calibration on the map sensor may be off, the autometer gauge I have is fairly accurate and the numbers between it, and my GM map sensor are very close (not 100% but close enough)

Yes, the XD-16 from Innovate Motorsports can do that. But, not entirely by itself. The cheapest route would be to get the SSi4, which is just a few days from coming out. It is something that goes into their modular chain that gives you four(4) 0-5V inputs.

I have their LC-1 and XD-16 and I love it. Nice digital gauge that you can surface mount with double sided tape, velcro, etc.

Once the SSi4 is out, I am buying another XD-16 for a digital boost gauge for my GM 3.3 bar map sensor. (Nice little map sensor about the size of a quarter, that read up to 3.3 bar).

He's 100% right, TTP is the best place to get it and get it installed.

Dang, $129 for the SSi4 is not bad at all. Hmm, but the LMA-3 has the accelerometer ... choices, choices.

Maxxamillion, are you looking to use an LC-1 to integrate into your logging application, or will your software be able to log via Logworks?

I have the PLX M-250 and the 52mm digital gauge. Granted i do all logging through my Autronic...It works great!!! If you're allready planning on getting other software to log i would go that route as the m-250 will not log itself. If you want the wideband to log itself you will need to setep up to the R-400 or R-500 setups from PLX they are also in the same price range as the innovate LM-1 when you add the RPM convertor.

Once again I will mention. We will be integrating our software with the Innovate Motorsports LC-1 wideband controller. You will be able to datalog through our software against A/F, boost, RPM, load.
