. This is a weakness with this program though...doesn't seem like if this program uses as much of the built in .Net classes as it should. It should check the locale settings before doing any input/output (easy with the .Net libraries) and then read/write any data values based on those settings (this would need to be done for just time & date for now). But this is home-brew I suppose so this issues aren't thought of ahead of time.
