Will you post your duty map / error correction map / offset and any physical modifications to the stock BCS?
These are the settings I use on my VIII:

I'd imagine the stock BCS of the IX is similar.

I have to run 1.4 bar until a bit after 4k rpms where I then have the boost increase to 1.5 bar. If I run more than 1.4 bar in the 3k-4k range, I'll get knock, no matter what I do to the timing and a/f. Well, unless I felt like pulling 10 degrees of timing or something. I don't remember exactly, but I already have like 4-5 degress of timing pulled in that area. Damn this 91 cali gas!

I’ve notice the same thing with my IX and boost tapers off. I experiment with 3 different MBC and still had the same results. I was wondering if anyone has try adjusting the stock wastegate or has anyone had any luck with the forged wastegate.

Ive got a zt2 with a gm 3 bar map, I'll load my WORKS flash this weekend and check out the boost settings. When we had it on the dyno, the boost was flat. Lets see what the map sensor says.

Im not even using that flash anymore. I paid too much for it yes, but it also gave me alot of insight on how the boost worked in the ecu. There wasnt much change in the fuel or timing, and mivec wasnt even touched however. That map only lasted a month or so

Too bad the way the boost settings are done are incorrect. They basically do away with the closed loop control. It 'works' but it's not using all the power of the ecu.
