The info is NOT proprietary, its widely available formulas if you search the net..

Its basically a delta change in speed over time or between fixed data points (if the sample rate is known), either engine speed or vehicle speed, plus some data to assist in calculation such as gearing/tire size/weight, etc..

FWIW, most programmers and programs are like Magicians and Magic Tricks.. Very few magicians are willing to share exactly how they do their tricks..

Rest assured the progamming portions are alot more difficult to put together than the formulas used to do the job.

Okay, that's what I figured as it's the simpliest method (vs. using MAF/airflow, fuel mass flow, timing, etc.).

At some point, I'm probably going to derive my own formula and toss in a variable to account for drag.

If all of the conditions like, tire size and psi, terrain, weather, boost, and whatnot remain the same. It would be an eccellent way to mark your tuning and mod progress if your in it for HP
