Impressed with Ecuflash

I just want to share with you the best 91 octane power that the Xede tune gave me vs. the best 91 octane power that Ecuflash gave me. I did not correct because the weather conditions were almost the same. Notice how much torque has improved. I think this is due to the fact that with Ecuflash I can run 2-3* of timing @ 3500-3700 whereas with the xede I could only run 1* at most. There is improvement in the entire power curve.

friends how do you put the images of DDL in the forum ive tried without success the files are *.pow how do i change them to GIF?
thanks

That is the one, I no longer live over there though. I would think ecuflash would be your better option for timing, but I remember you mentioned you had some tunes in xede and I guess you may not want to lose them. Do you have evoscan or mitsulogger to datalog. I am sure you can make those maps in ecuflash and have more direct control of timing, since xede is a piggyback.

Here is what you do:
1. Get the power graph to display and make sure all your numbers are in, ie, temp, baro, humidity, weight...etc..
2. Press Ctrl-Alt-PrntScrn buttons all at the same time.
3. Open an image viewer that you normally use.
4. Press Ctrl-V in the image viewer window. The image from DLL power graph should display.
5. Save the image in the viewer as a GIF file.

Here is the thread:

The formula really works and I can get very accurate AFR targets in the fuel tables.
Thanks , I already have datalog of the xede tune AFR values, and AFR values with xede fuel Zero'd out. I'll try and use the formula to change to the desired values.
I ask because what I found out is that the Xede changes(offset) both the fuel and timing load cells. Meaning that with the xede fuel map cell (5k,240) is being offset, with the Xede map at 0 the cell value is (5k,260) which already is a leaner value.
Temps droped to the mid 40s that day and AFR show .5 leaner than in 70*F

The Xede offsets the Maf values higher in upper RPM range, red dots indicate load cells hit.
