Are you running it as an admin?

try gettting all of the xml files from your old laptop and bring them over to the same file and see if that does it. Right now it is saying it doesnt have the right xml to say where stuff is

Running in Admin is in the options tab of ECUFlash. It allows you to have more tabs/tables to tweak. They will show up greyed out if your level is too low.

Sounds like you are running a different rom (maybe Tephra v7)? If so you need the .XML from the old set up. You can just drag and drop it into the new file. I had this same issue when I had to set up a new laptop. I just had to get my custom .xml and drop it into the correct place and it worked just fine.

If you cant figure it out just post up and I will try to walk you thru it. Im way too sleepy right now to even attempt it.

Confusing admin mode in ECU flash with running an app as an actual admin. Regardless as both the above posters said try to get the old xmls from the old laptop and copy them over to the correct location on the new machine. Then right click on the ECUflash and explicitly click on "Run as admin." Depending on how your system is setup you may run into issues if you aren't running it as an admin.
