Yes, I have that already and mine is set at 7300rpm. I am kinda convinced that anti-lag stop is AFR. I rasied the value of anti-lag stop and the lean condition below 2500 is now rich condition.

It is an AFR value. Increasing the value should create a leaner condition below 2500 though. My current 88590015.xml file is attached. There are several tables that are not yet fully defined. I don't recommend messing with those. :-)

AFR value should go down if you increase the value. Your AFR16 definition is telling me the same thing.
Anyway, Do you have addresses for 96940011?
