Yes, my driver is installed and working on my serial to USB. I checked my grounds and 12v power, and everything seems good.

No, no need to hook up analog outs.

Be sure you've got the stereo mini to serial plug in the correct plug and the other closed with the included terminator plug. I'm kind of running out of ideas ...

haha me too! This is really frustrating seeming how i spent ALL my free time diagnosing this one issue, when i have so many other parts waiting to be installed!

I just want to get this taken care of. I dont even know where to take it for proper installation if i really cant figure this out. Anyone know any places in the MA area that knows about wide band controller installs?

try mitsulogger...definitely seems like an installation error...like you didn't complete full extraction or deleted a short cut.
