Help! Clutch in idle problem

i just getting this weird problem for the last few weeks. when i rev up the car to go slowly like in the parking lot (around 2000-3000 rpms) and sudden push the clutch in to slow down or stop then the idle drop below 500 rpms and stay there for a while or eventually stall.

i did a log of the problem but need help and advise from experience to maybe fix the problem. The log is attched below and thank for any inputs like which params i should look in to modify..

no! not bov. it had been running good until few weeks ago. i believe it was after i got some warranty transmission work from a dealer so. They washed the engine too which may or maynot has anything to do with the issue.

Anyway, I'll try paying around with the throttle idle adjustment screw to see if it help. Someone may played with it while it was at the dealer. Maybe. Thank for all responses.

Check and make sure the Crankcase Vent hose is connected to the Intake pipe and that your PCV hose is connected to your Manifold.
