So what's the max it interprets?? Can I change it to a different scaling besides load???

Thank you Alex
I don't know why you would want to get rid of the load scaling. Load is very important and is used a lot when tuning a car.

The max is as high as the MAF can read/is scaled for.

So what all cables and software do I need?? In the first thread it says that Tactrix does not log, but the site says it does which is true?? What software is the best to use? Tactrix is also out of stock (figures when I just got a new laptop for this) I am sure this has been asked but 51 pages is a lot to read through. Thanks.

The tactrix cable does log. You need ecuflash and evoscan.

Just curious but how come MAF scaling was not apart of this "How to"?

AFR of 14.7:1 is the stoichiometric ideal value, I get that.

Surely an AFR of 12.5:1 is richer and not leaner as there is now less air and consequently more fuel to the ratio of air?

Surely an AFR of 16:1 is leaner and not richer as there is now more air and consequently less fuel to the ratio of air?

Yes, you're correct. Are the terms "leaner" and "richer" mixed up somewhere in the sticky?
