What does your tractrix cable look like?
are you able to connect to the ecu with evoscan ???
it doesn't look like you are missing any pins your car only needs pins 4,5,7,and 16
look at the drawing I posted up,
maybe try a new version of ecuflash??

I tried evoscan and It "connection time out"
I did try the latest and the guy who shold me the cable tried the previous verions 1.29.X
