ECUFLASH shows error and unknown code?? Any ideas??? CANNOT FLASH MY ECU PLEASE HELP

I have flashed my ecu a GOOD number of times.. probably around 40 times..

This has all been through the same tuner (Mellon Tuning)... and now I am trying to do it again and I get an Error message every time the software even tries read from my ecu.. its an unknown code in the log.

I even tried the ActiveMatrix Unlocker Tool and had no luck...

Here is how I try to tune the car:

1. Connect Tactrix Cable to OBDII Port
2. Connect USB to Laptop
3. Open ECU Flash
4. Pick Mitsubishi Evo 03-06
5. Click Read from ECU
6. Turn the key all the way to the on position

This is the same exact way I have done it EVERY time and have had NO problems..

Any one have any ideas???

PLEASE HELP ME ) :

Did you try re-installing ECUFlash? That worked for me...

Cheers-

Do you have a mini battery?
Sometimes if your volts are to low ecuflash cant communicate with your ecu..
make sure you battery is in good condition.
