Hey Guys,
Can people please comment on the following log - want to get peoples opinions.
Obviously the fueling is way off, this will be rectified once I get off work and flash a new fuel map to the car
Also I don't think that load of 316 is real :P
Mods: 3" frontpipe (turbo dump to cat) , 3" catback, 20psi, 98RON (93PON??)
Cheers
Dave

David,
Yeah I have noticed weird "clips" like that where there is unaccounted hz spikes in only one of the load counters I am using. AFR's are about a full point too much (you knew that) and timing is aggressive for the amount of boost and octane but obviously works fine. One thing I noticed and it might be another reporting error is your timing inexplicably drops to 0* at entry 21 and then immediately increases and goes back on track.
I am curious what are the three Load records? Load calculated, load 2 byte, and I notice a load baro(meter)?

yeah I saw the 0* thing as well, maybe it really is hitting load 316 :P haha.
I am going to lean out the top end, and then get my spool leaned out a bit as well.
re the aggressive timing - I think so as well, but presumably if I reduce it I am loosing power.

26*C ambient or underhood temp? I am noticing that full spool (full boost) appears to be happening at 3359 rpm or so based on peak load. You need my newest version of MIVEC for a stock turbo/stock cams? I am not sure what one I had sent last time. Pulling some fuel out at tip in will also help the spool. I have been finding that the factory had the amount right (12.5-12.8 or so) just the control algorithm doesnt match my tastes.

26*C from air_temp MUT
yup I intend to lean out spool a bit as well
on that topic - do you lean out upto to load 150ish or higher?
my MIVEC is from your WeaponX ROM you sent me a couple of months ago

Load = 2byte raw load
Load_Baro = barometric compensated load
Load_BaroTemp = barometric+temperature compensated load
I assume the spikes are just changing lower or upper byte at the time of the request. ie if the value changes between the time you request the lower and upper byte then the graph will spike.
The Load_Baro and Load_BaroTemp are custom requests or is that part of a thread I missed
? I was wondering if that might not explain why my load was low for the boost I was seeing the other day.

um they are 2bytes, you can get the regular 160max through muts - but thats pretty useless...
for 88590015 try:
raw = 0xffff6b42
baro = 0xffff6b46
temp+baro = 0xffff6b48
for 88590015 try:
raw = 0xffff6b42
baro = 0xffff6b46
temp+baro = 0xffff6b48
