Can't get Load to hold flat

Well I posed a while back about having my load dip. After a bunch of posts it seems that the load dip was being caused by unstable boost. In fact we saw that load nearly matched the boost curve exactly.

Well I got the boost curve to be more flat but load still seems to dip a lot.

Green is load, light blue is boost.
My timing is dark blue, which seems to be pretty flat so I don't think that would cause it. MIVEC maybe?

The boost plot seems unstable....maybe a boost leak somewhere?

Your load only spikes to 190? That seems really low...what boost are you running?

That's a pretty darn flat boost curve. Load is basically MAF/RPM. Might be useful to try logging 2-byte air flow along with the other items.

It had been one of mine and might still be. You could put it back to stock or to a JDM RS map and see if that has any effect on the curve. The only other thing that I can think of and have seen alot is if it is mine and you switched to the NLTS rom or something make sure it is still scaled to 8K like it needs to be whether you rev that high or not.

Have you rescaled your maf by any chance? Load is basically a mass airflow/rev. So, anything that may alter airflow readings can alter your load level.

Not sure on your load dip, that is weird. Your boost spools nice and stays flat though, are you using the GM 3-port? If so can you post your WGDC table?

It is your map, and yes I did re-scale when I switched ROMS.
I did remove the box of 28.8 @ 4k and put it to 26.4 in an attempt to smooth load out, although it did not seem to work.

I will try the JDM MIVEC next.

No i did not rescale, I have a Buschur MAF Pipe and filter if that matters.

I use a MAC solenoid - basically the same thing as a GM solenoid. A MAC vale is what is used by AEM and other companies as their boost solenoid, they just put their sticker on it.

I will post up table, give a few min.

I will get a log with air flow and post back up.

The load is offset by 100 so that it shows on the graph more easily. The 190 you see is really 290.

That may be the cause. Not 100% positive, but very possible.

Once you post a new log with Hz values, we can see what areas of the MAF table may need adjusting, if you want to go that route of fixing the load dip.
