problems getting ecuflash to download ROM from evo ix

problems getting ecuflash to download ROM from evo ix

Well like the title says i connect my cable and such go to read from ecu and it starts then i get an error message and it says check log for details. So i looked at the side window wich is the log and it seams like it tries diffrent intialization codes but none work??? im confused because i read my friends ROM from his evo 8?

try reinstalling it... On my old laptop every other time it would reinstall the drivers for some reason...

do both just to be sure. btw when it is cold outside sometime you cant read and write to the ecu. start the car for a few min usually fixes that.

fully delete ecuflash off your laptop, redownload all the drivers. Make sure you have internet connection when you plug in your tactrix cable and do all necessary updates. Make sure IX is selected, try doing it after you drive for a few minutes.
