ok i gathered some info this morning on eliminating the egr valve through my ecu. i added the needed data in the .xml file and saved it. then i did not get an error on start up so i thought everything was fine. i went and hooked up everything and couldnt do anything. i couldnt read from the ecu. when i clicked on read from ecu the screen with the list of cars is blank. theres nothing there and it wont allow me to click on any of the others such as write, test write or compare.
