93660005 ROM Swap?

Alright guys. I tested a swap to 90550001 and tried tuning it today. The car drives fine. Nothing seems wrong with the logs I've got. The car boost well. Din have NLTS (tried both garage test and full throttle on the road), the valet is working, CEL on knock seems working. However, once the CEL light came, it refuses to go away. Even if I re-start the car.
The car still drives with the CEL on but decided to revert to old ROM as I have a logn distant drive this weekend.
Anyone has better luck.
