Looks like there is some sort of communication glitch. Have you tried removing and reinstalling the OpenPort drivers?

The funny thing is that it works fine with v.99. I have no problems with EvoScan v.99 on this computer.

My computer does prompt me to install drivers for the OpenPort cable everytime I plug it in - even though the driver was installed during the ECUFlash install. Is that normal?

ECUFlash, Logworks, and Evoscan v.99 all work with the Tactrix cable. EvoScan 2.1 seems to be the only lame duck.

The only other weird thing is that I have to click on the Evocan icon twice in the start menu to get it launched.

I'm having the same exact issue (the logging part) with 2.2 and Vista x64. Went back to 2.1 then 2.0 with same result. Don't know what else to try

Anyone have any forsure answers for the v2.1 w/o reverting back to an earlier version? I am having some problems as well. The tatrix cable communicates and starts logging but no numbers are logged in the file when I pull it up with either Evoscan or Excel. I do notice also with the request ID at the bottom of EVOscan 2.1 set at 17 (TPS) the actual input number changes with the scan started and car on while pressing in and out the gas pedal. So it's definately communicating just not logging the numbers (and TPS is checked in the options log box).

I ditched EvoScan for now until this gets resolved and am using LogWorks 2 with my LM1.

v2.1 and v2.2 use multithreading, and a lot of code has been pulled out, I have added all the code back in for v2.3
