So i just got EcuFlash, with the cable, and EvoScan. What do i need to do? i did get my rom using EcuFlash.

I did one third gear pull, uphill, but thats it. Do i just need to do a bunch of 3rd gear pulls?

You need to read and learn about engine management, turbochargers, and Evo tuning. This forum is a good start and the sticky threads above should catch your eye. Go slowly. When you have questions, search before you post.

If you're used to DSMLink, you'll need to wrap your head around 3-D ignition, fuel, and possibly MIVEC. Look through your datalog. Modify your ROM to spit out 2-byte load, and begin to learn what your car is doing. When you're comfortable with what the ROM and the logs are telling you, make changes. I'm not sure what else you're after, here. Instead of using a single program to tune and log (DSMLink), you're using one to log and the other to flash.

Now i know i need to log my wideband (aem) but im not exactly sure what i need to do to log it with evoscan.

The car has been tuned by a shop, but its a very conservative, low boost tune. 20psi on a 50trim. I would love to learn how exactly to tune with this software. Just looking at the loads and everything is a bit different. Ive been reading the big sticky about tuning in this section also.

How do i do that^(bold print)
