I purchased EvoScan last year around June, but stopped tuning and logging my car for a while. The last notice I got was for version 0.99 and I had to dig through my old e-mail to find that.

I haven't received a serial number or an update e-mail in forever now, and no one has responded to my e-mails at evoscan@limitless.co.nz.

Does anyone know how to get a response? I want to use the software I paid 25 bucks for and I can't.

 

I went to their webpage to try and download the program(I had previously bought it) but there are no links to download it. So I paid the $25 again, hoping to recoup the money through them, but no emails back, nothing at all. Disgusting support.

 

He has a log of all people who purchased and sends out updates. Names slip through from time to time...has happened to me already:

pm user "evo4mad" or email him at hamish_ahern@hotmail.com, he should sort you out.

i sent him an email. and he got to me about a week later but did fix my issue.

I have also paid my 25 bucks, no e-mail or anthing. I sent in a support ticket, with no response.
