max boost on stock internals
26psi on the stock motor. 93 octane. And I mean 26psi from start thru redline. None of that stock turbo spike / taper crap. Driven like this daily. For 10,000 miles.
No head studs. Rod bolts, nothing. Just cams.
Meth is my next move so I can rediscover 'timing'. And... another 4-5 psi of boost.

That is a common misunderstanding that is associated with normally aspirated engines. What is actually happening in that case is the size of the pipe reduces exhaust gas velocity to the point where it cannot scavenge the cylinder effectively at low rpm. Backpressure never did anything but reduce power.
With a turbo car, exhaust pulse tuning is only valid up to the turbine wheel. On the exit side, all you need is a pipe that is large enough to prevent pressure buildup at max mass airflow (max hp).

In tuning 'dude's car, we're able to get 29psi, holding above 22psi until just past 7k rpm with an EVO 8 TME and E85 (GM 3-port + JDM MAP). We're up to 310 load from 3500-5000rpm, but I'd like to see what the IATs are doing between 3-7k (as if I don't know), especially with this factory IC.
..I wish e85 was more readibly available here. There is a bad political campaing going on against ethanol in texas. even the news are giving misinformation about being cause of forming intake gunk and producing oil sludge.

Im currently pushing 23-24 psi @ 3400 - 4750 tapering down to 19.xx-20 @ 7500 w/ the stock cat on 91. seeing an occasional 1-2 counts. I just noticed Im pretty much maxing out my injectors by 7300.
so u might wanna consider that as well, u might be maxing them out w/ a HFC/test pipe.

Well, I just blew my motor boosting 29lbs on stock studs, also my turbo shaft is very iffy,
I have alky injection and all other suporting upgrades but I was lazy and did not replaced the studs, now I have to replace a bunch of parts to get the car running again.
BTW the car felt like a rocket!!
