Your WB is effed or you have a major exhaust leak before it.

i already checked all that and there are no leaks period.....i know from experience when there is an exhaust leak at my down pipe i had a **** load of them on my 04 evo so with this one i made sure everything is ok b/4 the w/b went in and i check 3 days ago and everything was cool

idk there might be somethign up with my fuel system of maybe in the mods i chose?

my 04 was only on stock injectors but when trying to tune it, it never made the power it should have but my injectors where always maxed out.

well i swapped all my 04 evo bolt ons to my 06 evo and it seems to be having the same problem it seems like something is straining my fuel system to get more fuel into it to make the same power as everyone else.

right now i upped the 11v latency and it actually made my afr richer up top so imma keep on with this route and get them lower.

but it sucks where everyone else that is running e85 there idc is at 50-65% im at 103% just to be where they are. and i have no idea y my cars where like that?

No one who runs E85 has IDC's at 50-65%.

Check your fuel pressure. Especial when at high load and rev. Check agianst boost. The difference between fuel pressure and boost must be constant.

There is a thread about IDC's on E85 in Alternative Fuel forums section.

IDC also depends on how much boost you are running, and of course AFR. If you are running something crazy like 13.7 (like you mentioned in your first post) AFR then of course the IDC will be much lower than if you are running something like 11.5-12.0 AFR.

I think posting your fuel map will answer some questions as well.
