It's alive! (Speed density, stock ECU)
Disaster!
Not really, but I had to pull my head off yet again. I went to change the oil after 2 hrs of engine run time, and a nice mix of oil and coolant came pouring out. I did a compression check and everything came out OK. I pulled the head today and discovered a washer between the gasket and the block right at a coolant passage. Doh!
I'm having everything checked to make sure the deck and head are flat, then I'll reassemble once again. After that, I should be on the dyno and commencing my testing in depth.

I just restarted it this evening and drove it around the parking lot. Everything appears to be OK now, so tomorrow I will finish a few minor things. I'll be @ H2O in OC, MD this weekend reflashing Audi's/VW's for Unitronic, but afterward, the car will be in the paint booth for a couple of weeks.

Can't wait as well. This is one of the few obstacles holding back the high powered evo's and forcing them to go with a stand-alone. My IAT sensor should come in the mail within the week
