Anyone understand ICS maps?

I've made my ICS tank into my WI tank. I've turned my rear reservoir into a supplimental tank. (I go through the entire front tank during one 20 minute session so I've wired the ICS sprayer singal back to the rear wiper sprayer pump and plumbed that hose into the front tank.) So in effect I've made it so that whenever the ICS is on, the rear tank is refilling the front tank. Problem is I don't have dedicated 10s periods of time going down the straights to refill the front tank by holding down the manual spray button. I'd like to set it to do something like:

Spray for 5 seconds and remain off for 15 seconds if vehicle speed > 30mph and air temp > 0 degrees, coolant temp > 130 degrees

Thus far it seems to be unresponsive to my tuning... kinda hard to tell though since It's a manual check process. I searched and there were only 3 other threads with "ICS" in the title... not much help. Until now I wasn't much interested in the thing either.
