Thx for the update. Let me know if you need any testers as I usually have an array of Evos around the shop, although I have a perfect mix now ;-)

If a person has the voltage table for am AEM(or other brand) 5 bar would you be able to input the voltage numbers for that sensor? Just a thought I had. Some of the guys that want to run higher boost may benefit from that. I know after I redo some stuff in my motor, I will be trying to push 40 psi.

yeah as long as the sensor is linear in its output then you can have whatever you like...

I got my 5bar working for a zeitronix sensor on the ECU as it is right now no CEL's even. I'm pretty sure the AEM 5 bar is going to be very similiar far as checks go.

Good to know. I can get my hands on the zeitronix one really easy.

Just find a voltage spec sheet on the AEM unit.

All we need to know is a few simple parameters

Zeitronix 5BAR:
0BAR is 0.5v
5BAR is 4.5v

If your unit is linear with the voltage spacing like mine then my settings will work out perfectly for you.

Can the IAT and MAP sensors share the same ground wire to the ECU?

Thermistor temperature sensors are actually not very sensitive to ground location. No problem to ground the IAT sensor in any reasonably good location. I grounded mine on the IM.
